The size of penis by race

In the Dr. Jacobus survey definite penis size differences on a basis of race were detected. The largest Arab penises were found to be between eight and ten inches; but it was among the Muslim Sudanese that Jacobus found "the most developed phallus" - notably "one of the maximum dimensions, being nearly 12 in. in length, by a diameter of 2- in." The researcher remarked this was "more likely the penis of a donkey than of a man." He concluded that the "Sudanese Negro possesses the largest genital organ of all the races of mankind". In a less extensive survey, Dr. Robert Chartham measured erect penises for groups of men of various nationalities. The largest organs for each nationality were as follows: English - 10.5 in.; German - 8.5 in.; Negro - 7.5 in.; French - 7.75 in.; Danish 8 in.; American - 7.75 in.; and Swedish 7.75 in.

In the Jacobus survey the Hindu man was reckoned to have a penis that only averaged around 4 inches, a much smaller figure than for the other races investigated. In the Chartham survey the smallest organs in the various nationality groups were as follows: English - 2.75 in.; German - 3.5 in.; Negro - 4 in.; French 3.5 in.; Danish - 5 in.; American - 3.5 in.; and Swedish - 5 in. It needs to be mentioned that the groups being rather small no racial conclusions can be drawn for sure.

The biggest testicles

One authority, T. H. Van de Velde in his "Ideal Marriage", puts the "mature testicle" at from 4 to 4.5 cm. long, and from 2 to 2.8 cm broad for healthy men. In some maladies a testicle the size of a football is not unknown. One can only try to imagine the agony caused by elephantiasis and other conditions in which the testicles can swell to proportions vastly larger than the victim's head.

Largest breasts

Many men, as we all know, are fascinated by massive breasts and love magazines that cater specifically for such tastes. In one recorded instance ("The Sexual Anatomy of Woman" by W. F. Benedict), a girl of fourteen had breasts weighing sixteen pounds; and in another case a woman of thirty had breasts weighing fifty-two pounds. When aroused the breasts generally swell by up to 25% and her nipples may become very hard. As with the male sexual organs breasts are sometimes grossly enlarged by disease or some other unwelcome cause. For instance some women have hyper-trophied breasts, sagging vastly and of quite giant proportions. The current world record holder is Norma Stitz.
